Experienced Installer
Multiple Locations
The Exhibition Installer will report directly to the Project Manager and Production Manager and be responsible for assisting in the install and deinstallation of our touring exhibitions. This person will direct onsite labor, communicate with Imagine staff and venues regarding installation progress, and ultimately represent Imagine Exhibitions onsite during the load in and out of
each exhibit. This person is a part of the Production and Operations team at Imagine Exhibitions, whose responsibility it is to complete the installations of 40+ traveling exhibitions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in the entertainment, attractions, or museum industry. A successful candidate will communicate well across multiple teams, juggle multiple projects
simultaneously while enjoying working in a fast-paced, growing company. A successful candidate will have a can-do attitude
and understand that at Imagine Exhibitions, our team members are the “secret sauce” to our success. The successful
candidate will have the potential to grow and move up in the Company.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Coordinate with onsite venue staff to achieve completion deadlines for load in and load out of exhibitions.
Complete and send condition reports to the Project Manager.
Complete post installation review reports for all installations.
Provide photos of completed exhibitions in venue spaces.
Direct onsite local labor through entire load in and load out process of each exhibition.
Ensure exhibitions are loaded and unloaded from trucks safely and according to the manifest provided.
Execute minor repairs on exhibit components as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Must have knowledge of reading and understanding as-built drawings and installation manuals as it relates to the assembly of set pieces.
Must possess a high level of attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills from talking to venues to talking with teams internally.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization
Time management skills
Must possess a results-oriented work ethic
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Andere gewenste vaardigheden/competenties:
General knowledge of lighting, electronics, AV, and carpentry is a plus.
